Recruitment program of talented experts
Our laboratory will set up a operating system with well-known academic leaders as the centre, and evaluation system of scientific innovation ability based on the principle of peer assessment. Our job will concern in the objective evaluation, as well as the support of original creative work and emphasis on applied research. The faculty of teachers consists of academic leaders,core experts and technicians. Currently, our lab has 12 academic leaders, 20 core experts and 20 technicians.
We intend to global recruit world-class senior research talents to be academic leaders of our lab, via the ministry of education Yangtze River Scholars Program, chair professors program of shanghai jiaotong unniversity and expert recommend ways, etc. Excellent PhD. candidates and postdoctors can also be recruited as core experts or academic leaders via the Specail researchers program of shanghai jiaotong unniversity. Through the training and recruiting project, we plan to expand our research team with 12-15 academic leaders and 25-30 core experts in three years. Furthermore, by utilizing the chair professor project of shanghai jiaotong unniversity, we intend to appeal domestic and international first-class talents for visits and communication in the lab. We also plan to establish institutions and environment to attract good students for taking a degree and settle the bottlenecks of talents’ introducing funds.
