Laboratory of condensed matter spectroscopy and opto-electronic physics

We study on the controllable fabrication, electrooptical characterization of the potentially widely-usable Silicon nano-structures including nano-films and nano- wires,and explore the application to solar cells.,growth technics with existing solar cell fabrication technics. In addition, we have systematic and innovative achievements on the application to large-area solar cells.
